If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order from StowMate® Storage Organizers, we will make it right with a refund, replacement or credit within 90 days of your purchase.
Please note that shipping and handling charges are NOT refundable, and we do not accept C.O.D. packages.
To return your StowMate® purchase(s) use the form on the reverse side of your invoice. Make sure you indicate whether you are requesting a refund, replacement, or credit. For your protection, we suggest that you insure your package as we are not liable for items lost in the return process. (If you no longer have the return form you can print one from our website. See NOTE 1 below.) Mail to:

- Date of purchase
- Shipping address with Zip Code
- Telephone Number (including area code)
- Credit card information (if applicable)
- E-mail address for return confirmation
- Reason for return
- And, how you would like us to handle your return:
- Refund for cash orders
- Issue credit for credit card orders
- Replacement with the same item or exchange for a different product. Be sure to include your payment information if additional funds are due to StowMate®. Also include color choices.
